We have been printing wedding stationery for a number of years and have experience and expertise in producing personalised invitations to a high standard for an affordable price. Wedding invitationsare usually sent out as soon as your details are confirmed or alternatively if you’ve already sent save the date cards then 6 -10 weeks prior to your wedding day is the norm. Once you have finalised your guest list you need to ensure that your guests know the date, time and venue of your wedding so they can make arrangements, especially if they are travelling from abroad. Its very important that you ensure that all names are spelt correctly and you have the correct address and postcode for each wedding guest. it’s a good idea to have the return address printed on the reverse of the envelope so that any undelivered wedding invitations are returned back to you. Our turnaround time is usually 4-5 days so try and allow us a week before you actually need them.

Wedding Invites are available with or without ribbon. We have a huge range of ribbon colours to match your wedding colour theme in both satin and organza and we try to keep up with the current trends in wedding themes and colours. We can also provide ribbons for your wedding cake, wedding cars and wedding favour boxes if you wish.

We have some wording ideas on the website but we are able to help if you are unsure. You can choose formal or informal wording and we are happy to include poems and verses to make your invitations more personalised. We don’t charge any extra for printing additional information to give your invitations that special touch.

We can also supply matching hammered cards for additional information you may wish to convey to your wedding guest. For example, directions, hotel details, dress code or gift list details. Our insert cards can be used for any information you may wish to include with your wedding invites.

Some wedding reception venues also like to know guests meal choices before the wedding day. Lovely invitations can produce reply cards with menu options and tick boxes for your guest to complete and post back to you. This enables you to consolidate your reception meal requirements and pass them onto the venue in plenty of time. This same information can then be used to produce your place cardsor individual menu cards for each guest.

RSVP details can also be printed inside your invitations, we don’t charge any extra for this, if you are on a tight budget this is worth bearing in mind when ordering your wedding stationery. We have some examples of RSVP wording on our website.

Lovely invitations also supply beautiful save the date cards. Its important to notify your guests as soon as you know the date of your wedding so that your wedding date can be put into diaries. Sending out save the date cards in advance takes the pressure off organising your wedding invitations so you can take your time and ensure all ceremony and reception details are correct and included. If you are getting married on a weekday or during school holidays then the earlier your guests know this, the more easily they can arrange to be with you on your wedding day.

We can supply order of service books or order of day cards. We have an option for all budgets and requirements. Your order of service would be printed with all personalised details regarding the wedding ceremony, hymns and readings. We include your names, date and church details on the front cover and can print your wedding party details on the inside front cover if you wish ie. Name of best man, bridesmaids, and ushers etc. The larger order of service books are ideal for one between two guests but we recommend buying one for each guest if you are selecting the smaller order of service cards. Our order of service books match all the other wedding stationery items.

Our sister company Petal Parade supply beautiful biodegradable natural petal confetti. It is now common practice for churches and venues to stipulate that only biodegradable confetti be used. We supply either dried or freeze dried rose petal confetti bags. The petals are totally natural, they do not stain and smell wonderful.

Lovely Invitations can supply matching menus for your wedding reception. If your guests are seated on large tables then we recommend buying approx 2 large menus per table. If you prefer we can supply individual menus for each guest with their name printed on the top which also acts as a place card. These individual menus are also ideal if guests have pre-selected their meal, it means we can print the selected menu details for each guest with their name on. They will be impressed, feel important and is perfect for those guests who haven’t remembered what they ordered which could have been a few weeks prior to your wedding day. We can print individual details for the starter, main course and dessert.

Place cards are used in conjunction with a table plan and enable guests to easily find their table and seat at your wedding reception. Our place cards can be printed with menu choices on the reverse if you wish to remind the guest and also help the waiter or waitress when they are serving the wedding breakfast. We have a number of font choicesand colours to choose from to match your place cards to the rest of your wedding stationery and menus.

Thank you cards are usually the last element of your wedding stationery to organise. The thank you card can match the wedding invitations and enables you to thank your wedding guests for attending on the day or evening and for their gift. Remember to send a card to those guests who couldn’t make your wedding day but did send a gift. We can print whatever message you wish or a thank you verse or poem.

Lovely invitations supply beautiful contemporary christening invitations. We have produced invitations for twins and groups of children if siblings are being christened at the same time. We can produce invitations for boys and girls and have a huge range of ribbon colours. Although most of our invitations are shown with either pale blue or pale pink ribbon we can produce christening invitations with any colour ribbon. We also produce baptism invitations and naming ceremony invitations. All our printing is done in house so we can print whatever wording on both the front and inside making them suitable for any event. We have a wide selection of typefaces available from informal to formal styles and we can print in any colour to match the ribbon if you wish.
